Sr. People Experience Partner

As Sr. HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning people strategy with business priorities, helping leaders navigate organizational needs while strengthening performance and long-term capability across the business. Responsibilities - Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning. - Influence senior stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives. - Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters. - Align HR strategies with business objectives. - Support organizational design, workforce optimization, and change management. - Provide HR insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - 7+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience in complex organizations. - Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change. - Fluent in English and Arabic. - Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
