Business Analyst & Process Management

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Technology Operations Specialist to identify business challenges and turn them into practical technology solutions using AI, data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills with the technical ability to independently build prototypes, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, and minimum viable products (MVPs). This role focuses on identifying opportunities, validating ideas through pilots, and delivering measurable business value. Key Responsibilities - Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency, customer experience, governance, and operational performance through AI, automation, and data analytics. - Engage with business stakeholders to understand challenges, map existing processes, gather requirements, and define practical solutions. - Translate business needs into use cases, business cases, functional requirements, success criteria, and implementation roadmaps. - Independently develop proof of concepts (POCs), prototypes, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, and MVPs. - Design and develop data models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. - Plan and manage pilot delivery, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, testing, feedback, and progress reporting. - Collaborate with IT, Data, Digital, Cybersecurity, Procurement, and business teams to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, cost-effective, and scalable. - Prepare presentations, dashboards, executive updates, and recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership. - Support solution adoption through user guides, training materials, feedback sessions, and handover documentation.
