It’s far more than just handing out towels! - You will manage our Kids Club team and lead by example, ensuring our standards of cleanliness are high and our guests are safe, whilst managing budgets and inventory - Liaise with Recreation Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kid’s club / crèche - Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the club / crèche - Ensure all equipment’s are clean and properly maintained - Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Supervisor - Ensure all club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times - Maintain club / crèche clean and tidy at all times - Be fully aware of club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices - Be fully aware and conversant of all departmental rules and regulations - To frequently check on the cleanliness and order of the locker facilities - To address with knowledge, accuracy and confidence any guest inquiries - Create a warm welcoming and friendly atmosphere - To assume other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time Qualifications - Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can!
