Operator (Bulk Product) - ADNOC Drilling

JOB PURPOSE: Operate and manage bulk product handling systems and equipment used in cementing operations. Ensure the effective and safe handling, storage, and distribution of bulk cementing products and additives, supporting efficient and successful cementing operations. Job Specific Accountabilities \u2022 Operate and monitor bulk handling systems, including silos, conveyors, and pneumatic systems, to manage and distribute bulk cementing products and additives as per operational requirements. \u2022 Set up and calibrate bulk handling equipment prior to use, ensuring accurate measurement and delivery of bulk materials to mixing and cementing units. \u2022 Oversee the loading, unloading, and storage of bulk materials, including cement, additives, and chemicals, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety procedures. \u2022 Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of bulk handling equipment, performing troubleshooting and repairs as necessary to maintain equipment functionality. \u2022 Monitor real-time operational data, including material flow rates, levels, and system pressures, and make adjustments to equipment settings to ensure optimal performance. \u2022 Ensure compliance with ADNOC Drilling\u2019s health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). \u2022 Maintain accurate records of bulk product usage, equipment performance, and operational activities, preparing reports as required for operational and inventory management. \u2022 Coordinate with cementing operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of bulk products to wellsites as per job schedules. \u2022 Provide training and support to junior operators and field assistants on bulk product handling procedures, equipment operations, and safety practices. \u2022 Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and residual products in accordance with environmental regulations and company policies. \u2022 Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice. Minimum Qualification \u2022 High school diploma or equivalent. A technical diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills \u2022 3-5 years of experience in bulk product handling or similar operations within the oil and gas industry.
