Consulting Manager

Coordinate all relevant issues to support in ensuring timely and effective measures are in place to meet the overall objectives of the assigned business unit. Support the development and delivery of Organization Development strategies and solutions that are aligned to the ADNOC corporate strategies for effective realization of the long-term vision. Support provision of specialized advisory and consultancy services to management in long term planning including structuring of new companies, realignment of existing group companies\u2019 Organization Structure, Formulations of JVs, Mergers of companies, restructuring of ADNOC Directorates etc. determining optimal manpower requirements, management system and working methods, development of key business processes across the group companies while ensuring alignment to ADNOC Group\u2019s future business requirements. Support the business to embed the operating model and deliver improvements for org efficiency, readiness and operational effectiveness reflecting the Groups strategic priorities. Support and manage effective governance to support OD governance and control changes to organization structures across the Group. Support Business transformation by developing and implementing changes in business processes, culture, and behavior to be more inclusive in line with the needs of the business. Guide the development of corporate business process in ADNOC and its Group Companies while advising the Directorates on organizational restructuring initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing the organization\u2019s readiness and operational effectiveness reflecting the Group\u2019s strategic priorities.
