Responsible for the development of offshore contracts from researching the legal regulations to negotiating the terms and preparing the documents. Participates in the daily management of offshore contracts by provide contractual strategy advice to the Management Team with respect to change order, variations, and claims, in order to assist the management to ensure that the contract management activities are communicated, aligned, monitored, and measured. \u2022 Prepare Request for Expression of Interest to the potential bidders, assist in evaluation of responses and prepare Bidders Lists. \u2022 Examine scope of work and other information provided by End Users and/or consultants for completeness and consistency. \u2022 Prepare comprehensive Invitation-To-Tender (ITT) packages using standard forms and coordinate issuance to approve bidders. \u2022 Prepare all correspondence to bidders during the bidding period with necessary input from End User, where required. \u2022 Coordinate and attend technical and commercial bid openings. \u2022 Perform evaluation of unpriced commercial aspects of the technical bid and evaluation of commercial bid. \u2022 Maintain and update computerized or manual records (contract logs) \u2022 Establish procedures of transferring Contracts to Operations after demobilization of Project team. \u2022 Handle contractor claims and breaches effectively and to resolve issues on behalf of the company \u2022 Prepare recommendations for award and Notice of Award. \u2022 Prepare the contract document(s) confirming agreed changes to the ITT package. \u2022 Provide contractual advice to End Users and prepare contractual correspondence. \u2022 Proofread, edit, and verify legal documentation for accuracy and consistency. \u2022 Review and evaluate variations and claims, prepare recommendations for approval of management and prepare contract amendments, as required. \u2022 Review contract terms and conditions to ensure that they are in compliance with company policies and all applicable local regulation. \u2022 Monitor the progress of contract execution according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely manner. \u2022 Responsible for assisting clients to terminate contracts on favourable terms. \u2022 Ensure understanding, adherence and participation in relevant HSE requirements. \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in accounting, business administration and law or equivalent professional qualification. \u2022 At least 4 years of relevant contract experience in Offshore Marine related to the Oil & Gas industry. \u2022 In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas Business Planning, offshore contracts and core marine processes, in addition to relevant regulations with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production operations. Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration and law or equivalent professional qualification. At least 4 years of relevant contract experience in Offshore Marine related to the Oil & Gas industry. In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas Business Planning, offshore contracts and core marine processes, in addition to relevant regulations with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production operations.

Develop offshore contracts from researching regulations to negotiating terms and preparing documents. Provide contractual strategy advice to Management on change orders, variations, and claims. Prepare Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) and assist in evaluation and bidder lists. Review scope of work for completeness and consistency. Prepare comprehensive Invitation-To-Tender (ITT) packages and coordinate issuance to bidders. Prepare correspondence to bidders during bidding and coordinate technical and commercial bid openings. Evaluate unpriced commercial aspects of technical bids and evaluate commercial bids. Maintain contract logs. Transfer contracts to Operations after project demobilization. Handle contractor claims and breaches and prepare recommendations for award and contract amendments. Provide contractual advice to End Users and prepare contractual correspondence. Proofread and verify legal documentation. Review and evaluate variations and claims and prepare management recommendations and contract amendments.
