Supervisor, Store (Domestic) - ADNOC Distribution

To organize and supervise the activities carried out in the Lube Stores, covering the receipt, issue, storage\u00A0and stock control of all finish products, imported lubricants, Specialty Products and Non-blendable Products.\u00A0Duties include supervising subordinates and organizing the required distribution of manpower and equipment,\u00A0following up with suppliers to ensure that orders are received on time, inspecting the quantity of all deliveries\u00A0and dealing with breakages or shortages, and organizing regular stock checks.\u00A0To plan and supervise export activities of lube & Grease stores to ensure smooth and timely receipt, storage\u00A0and delivery of products to export customers. Prepares and maintains all documentation pertaining to\u00A0ISO9001 Quality Assurance in Lube Stores. Ensures that the Stores runs smoothly and efficiently, materials\u00A0are stored correctly, and that safety and housekeeping regulations are adhered to. \u2022 Supervises the duties carried out by subordinates within the Lube Stores finish product, covering the receipt, storage and issuing of finished products. \u2022 Plans, organizes and supervises the daily activities related to receipts, storage and issue of various\u00A0lube, grease, ADNOC Blue and Specialty products for all local sales deliveries. \u2022 Follows up with all Toll blending partners and shares the Priority updates and follows with Logistics\u00A0service provider and for the product collection. \u2022 Conduct weekly meetings with all Toll blending partners and discuss with Team leader Stores pertaining\u00A0to Product availability. \u2022 Follows up with the Local Sales outstanding orders and organizes the Plan for deliveries by ensuring\u00A0proper planning ensures that each expected delivery is prepared for in terms of manpower and\u00A0equipment. \u2022 Coordinate with the domestic customer and distributor to facilitate the customer on deliveries. \u2022 Follow up with the retail team and make sure that all Stock transfer orders are fulfilled on time in order\u00A0to avoid any out-of-stock situations. \u2022 Regularly organize with the 3rd party to make sure that all loading and offloading operations are carried\u00A0out smoothly. \u2022 Organizes and oversee the daily distribution of Manpower and allocate Vehicles as per the days Plan. \u2022 Organizes and oversees the unloading of consignments from containers and trucks and arranges for\u00A0the correct storing of the goods with regards to temperature and shade. \u2022 Deals with any breakages or shortages in deliveries by preparing inspection notes detailing the\u00A0problem. Organizes an insurance survey to be done and for the damage to be inspected, and provides\u00A0copies of all relevant documentation, to enable a claim to be made for the damage. \u2022 Supervises and oversees the weekly, fortnightly and monthly physical stock check of finished products. \u2022 Develops weekly delivery schedules for all local sales orders as per requirements and in coordination\u00A0with Domestic Lube Sales. \u2022 Assignees duties and directs all Domestic Dispatch staff in execution of daily receipt, storage, loading\u00A0and delivery activities. \u2022 Organize deliveries and after endorsement of the customer supports to close all the orders in the system \u2022 Ensure storage and issue of various Lube and Grease products on first in first out (FIFO) basis. \u2022 Organizes stock of Sales Promotion items for domestic customers and ensures their delivery as per\u00A0instructions from Domestic Sales Department. \u2022 Ensures that materials preservation plan is properly implemented by subordinates for the storage and\u00A0protection of all finished stock. \u2022 Organizing the return stocks of Finished Products from Customers as per the approved ISO\u00A0Procedures. \u2022 Responsible for the arrangement of Finished Products in different types of trucks as per delivery plan. \u2022 Coordinate with 3 P warehouse for transfer of products as and when required to optimize the Storage\u00A0space at all warehouses. \u2022 Maintain cycle counts and arrange for repacking with the Plant team. \u2022 Responsible for all contract services such as 3P warehouse and Logistics requirement for Toll blending\u00A0operations \u2022 Responsible for stock replenishment at other company depots i.e. Sharjah. \u2022 Responsible for coordination and distribution to all the Marine Sea Ports for the new Marine business. \u2022 Ensure housekeeping of Lube Stores in collaboration with Outsourced service provider. \u2022 Monitors and controls stocks. Initiates and supervises monthly physical stock take of finished good\u00A0stocks and crosschecks against computerized store records. Develops and agrees with plant\u00A0management and Business Support improved stock control procedures. \u2022 Ensures regular and timely replenishment of stocks of various lube and Grease products in coordination\u00A0with Lubricant Operation and Toll B

Ensure stock transfer orders are fulfilled on time to avoid stockouts; supervise loading/offloading with third parties; allocate manpower and vehicles per plan; oversee unloading of consignments and proper storage by temperature/shade. Address breakages/shortages with inspection notes and insurance survey coordination. Supervise weekly/fortnightly/monthly physical stock checks; develop weekly delivery schedules with Domestic Lube Sales; direct Domestic Dispatch staff in receipt, storage, loading and delivery activities. Organize deliveries and complete orders post-endorsement; ensure FIFO storage and issue of Lube and Grease products; manage stock of Sales Promotion items for domestic customers. Ensure materials preservation plans for storage and protection of finished stock; organize return stocks from customers per ISO procedures. Coordinate with 3P warehouse for product transfers to optimize storage space; maintain cycle counts and arrange repacking with Plant team. Oversee contract services (3P warehouse and Toll blending logistics); coordinate stock replenishment at other depots; manage distribution to Marine Sea Ports for new Marine business; ensure housekeeping of Lube Stores with outsourced service provider. Monitor and control stocks; conduct regular physical stock takes and reconcile with computerized records; implement improved stock control procedures with plant management and Business Support. Ensure regular and timely replenishment of stocks in coordination with Lubricant Operation and Toll B.
