Superintendent, HSE (Shipping) - ADNOC Logistics & Services

We are committed to delivering world-class solutions that are innovative and efficient, while always putting safety first \u2022 Provides leadership, guidance and management to fleet vessels on all aspects of health, safety & environment and implementation of best management practices. \u2022 Maintaining Safety Management System (SMS) updates with consistent improvement to produce quality, accurate, practical, adequate and efficient procedures. Provide and develop constructive new ideas. \u2022 Ensure compliance with applicable legal and other voluntary compliance requirements by fleet vessels and initiate and monitor corrective actions as required. \u2022 Perform accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis and present findings as a part of investigating team. To review all accident/incident investigation reports and monitor implementation of corrective action. \u2022 Arrange ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO 14001, 50001, 55001 and 45001 integrated internal audits, (internal and external). \u2022 Assist in preparing fleet budget for HSE activities. \u2022 Assist in preparing/reviewing all marine related contracts associated with HSEQ activities. \u2022 Be a member of Incident Management Team advising on HSE issues. \u2022 To provide guidance and mentoring to Masters and ship staff on all regulatory and voluntary compliances including HSEQ issues. \u2022 Participate in interviewing candidates for employment and promotions upon request. \u2022 Assist in inducting and de-commissioning vessels from the fleet. \u2022 Conduct annual integrated internal audits. To follow up on the corrective actions and effect formal closure. \u2022 Assist in periodical management reviews of the company\u2019s integrated management system. \u2022 Assist in establishing annual integrated internal audit plan. Liaise with HSE Compliance department as necessary. \u2022 Verification of all inspections closure SIRE, PSC, Flag annual inspection, for effectiveness of preventive actions. \u2022 Update SIRE for TMSA3. \u2022 Assist in reviewing all HSEQ related reports from the vessel. \u2022 Conduct HSEQ on board training during short voyages. Arrange for external trainers if required. \u2022 Assist in setting, reviewing, verifying and monitoring Company, Department and vessel\u2019s KPIs. \u2022 Bachelor Degree in Marine Engineering or Nautical Science (Master, COC Class-1 (FG) or Chief Engineer, COC class-1 (FG)) \u2022 Minimum 5 seagoing years\u2019 with a minimum of 2 years in senior officer position. \u2022 Candidates with relevant experience in the offshore marine industry preferred \u2022 Master (FG) certificate of competency Class-1 or Chief Engineer - COC class-1 Marine Engineer (FG) \u2022 A recognized Safety Officers Training Course We are a global energy maritime logistics leader with a world-class asset base. Bachelor Degree in Marine Engineering or Nautical Science (Master, COC Class-1 (FG) or Chief Engineer, COC class-1 (FG)); Minimum 5 seagoing years with a minimum of 2 years in a senior officer position; Master (FG) certificate of competency Class-1 or Chief Engineer - COC class-1 Marine Engineer (FG); A recognized Safety Officers Training Course.

Arrange ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO 14001, 50001, 55001 and 45001 internal audits (internal and external).
