The Senior Specialist, Warehouse Performance is responsible for optimizing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety standards. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. The Senior Specialist will also lead initiatives to integrate new technologies and improve warehouse processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable strategies to address them. The role is critical in driving operational excellence and maintaining high standards of warehouse performance. \u2022 Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives. \u2022 Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective business objectives. \u2022 Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes. \u2022 Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability \u2022 Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices. \u2022 Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management. Coordinate with the SVP Group Commercial Operations & Execution and other Division heads within the function to ensure alignment of warehouse performance strategies with organizational goals. Regularly communicate with staff within the Executive Function, Directorate, and other Directorates on divisional matters. Manage relationships with suppliers, vendor organizations, and government officials to ensure compliance with regulations affecting warehouse operations and to discuss matters of mutual interest. Collaborate with ADNOC affiliated companies to pool information and explore areas of cooperation for inter-company transfer of materials. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Relevant certifications in warehouse management, supply chain management, or logistics are preferred.
