Junior Legal Counsel (CPX)

Under direction of the General Counsel, the junior Legal Counsel provides legal advice to all CPX business units on technology transactions, corporate governance, regulatory, compliance and intellectual property matters. \u00A0He or she also responds promptly to requests for legal advice, and is responsible for the negotiation of a range of agreements with clients and vendors.
