Supervise , Monitor, and control the day-to-day Tanker Vessels operations (Owned, Chartered and Managed Tanker Vessels) while at sea and in ports to ensure that vessels are operated, the cargo been handled safely and in line with the operating targets and complying with latest regulations and Company\u2019s standard. \u2022 Manage all day-to-day operations activities relating to Owned ,charter in and managed tanker vessel\u2019s cargoes under the authority of the Operations Manager, and where necessary providing administrative and technical support to tanker vessels Masters. \u2022 Contribute in the pre fixture requirements with Chartering team. \u2022 Supervise ,Monitor Vessels compliance with Charter parity and Voyage orders requirements. \u2022 Ensure compliance of all vessels with ADNOC procedures, International Regulations, Flag State and classification authorities. \u2022 Coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels, including Brokers ,Charters ,legal, insurance, terminal operators and ports authorities to ensure Safe , smooth and economic Operations. \u2022 Ensure that cargo handling, including load , discharge and cargo tanks preparations are performed in accordance with the approved safe , efficient standards and procedures and to ensure adequate reporting. \u2022 Confirm complying with operations procedure by mean of planed Ship\u2019s Inspections whenever possible. \u2022 Plan and manage voyages including loading, sea passage, vessel performance, ship/Tanks condition, cargo intakes, vessel and crew operational performance standards \u2022 Where required prepare and direct ship vetting and monitoring systems. \u2022 Plan and manage port calls / negotiate competitive DA accounts / liaise with agents / master / customers / brokers to ensure all port calls are efficient, safe and effective ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. \u2022 Ensure cargo handling at load and disports is performed in accordance with approved safety and operational efficiency standards. \u2022 Monitor performance at sea and where necessary formulate speed and consumption claims. \u2022 Approve relevant documentations in order to meet requirements of ADNOC standards and requirements. \u2022 Prepare, analyses and present reports as required in a timely and professional manner. \u2022 Provide technical and administrative assistance during negotiation phase to achieve terms and conditions commercially favorable to ADNOC. \u2022 Follow up with the ship vetting clearance / inspection system. \u2022 Around 10 years\u2019 Sea experience, including Two years as a Master,3 years as Chief Officers on-board Tanker Vessels. \u2022 Deck senior rank experience on-board Chemical tankers is asset. \u2022 Detailed understanding of various aspects of the operation of tankers. \u2022 Managements, Leadership, Teamwork, and Communications, Problem Solving & Effective Decision Makers courses /certifications are asset. Around 10 years’ sea experience, including two years as a Master and 3 years as Chief Officers on-board tanker vessels. Deck senior rank experience on-board chemical tankers is an asset. Detailed understanding of various aspects of tanker vessel operation. Management, leadership, teamwork, and communications skills; problem solving and decision-making capabilities (courses/certifications are assets).

Manage day-to-day cargo operations for owned, charter-in, and managed tankers under the Operations Manager; provide administrative and technical support to vessel Masters as needed. Contribute to pre-fixture requirements with Chartering. Supervise vessel compliance with charter parity and voyage orders. Ensure compliance with ADNOC procedures, international regulations, flag state and classification authorities. Coordinate with brokers, charters, legal, insurance, terminal operators, and ports authorities to ensure safe, smooth, and economical operations. Monitor at-sea performance and address speed/consumption claims. Approve documentation to meet ADNOC standards. Prepare, analyze, and present reports. Provide technical/administrative support during negotiations to secure favorable terms for ADNOC. Follow up with ship vetting clearance/inspection systems.
