Manager-Fit out (JKT02)

DAMAC Digital is seeking an experienced Data Centre Fit-Out Manager to oversee the delivery of data centre fit-out works in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role is responsible for ensuring all construction activities are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. The successful candidate will lead fit-out teams and coordinate closely with design, MEP, QA/QC, procurement, commissioning teams, and specialist subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, mission-critical data centre facilities. Candidates should have proven experience managing fit-out or construction works within data centres or other mission-critical environments, with strong project management, contractor coordination, and health and safety capabilities.

Lead fit-out teams and coordinate with design, MEP, QA/QC, procurement, commissioning teams, and specialist subcontractors to ensure delivery of data centre fit-out works that are safe, on schedule, within budget, and meet approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
