Performs safe and timely re-fuelling/de-fuelling of aircrafts in full compliance to Aviation Standards, Airport Regulations and ADNOC standards and requirements in a safe and efficient manner. Coordinates with customer representatives at the aircraft and report all customer feedback, operational and\u00A0safety issues and vehicle defects to the supervisor and maintenance team. Perform quality control checks on product as per laid down standards of ADNOC Aviation Division Quality\u00A0Control procedures. Perform the job safely in line with HSE policy, Airport Safety and regulations and ADNOC Integrated\u00A0Management system. \u2022 Refuel and defuel customer aircrafts as per his assigned schedule, ensuring that all operations are\u00A0carried out properly and efficiently in accordance with company standards. \u2022 Receiving all relevant details, from Superior of amount of fuel to be supplied, type of dispenser or fueller,\u00A0Aircraft parking, Gate No., type of Aircraft etc. before conducting the fuelling operation. \u2022 Checks refuelling vehicle before proceeding to an aircraft to ensure that there are no defects with the\u00A0equipment and reports any malfunctioning to supervisor for necessary action. \u2022 Drives to apron following the speed limits, positions refuelling vehicle near aircraft as required. Connects\u00A0bonding hoses to aircraft and hydrant pit as applicable. \u2022 Ensures hoses and nozzle are secured as per the prescribed standards. Disconnect hoses, bonding\u00A0after completion of fuelling operations. \u2022 During supplying fuel, checks in and around vehicle in the interests of safety, drives vehicle to aircraft\u00A0fuelling point, connects hose, starts the refuelling process, takes samples, disconnects hose, fills in\u00A0receipt. \u2022 Completes all related documentations and obtains signature from the customer's representative or\u00A0agent and gives signed copy to the rep/agent. \u2022 Drives safely after completion of refuelling operations to the depot or approaches another aircraft as\u00A0directed. Ensures the safety of the property as well as the apron staff. \u2022 Keep a constant vigil on the fuelling process, fuelling vehicle and operations surrounding. \u2022 Verify the fuel requirement with aircraft technician/pilot and start the fuelling with his instruction \u2022 Perform the product visual check as per Aviation Quality Manual during fuelling and completion of\u00A0fuelling. \u2022 Check the available quantity in assigned refueller and drive the assigned refueller following airport\u00A0safety and security rules. \u2022 Position the refueller safely and properly and connect the fuelling equipment as per Aviation Operating\u00A0Manual. \u2022 Verify the fuel requirement with aircraft technician/pilot and start the fuelling with his instruction. \u2022 Complete the delivery ticket process through car PC or prepare Manual ticket. \u2022 Disconnect the fuelling equipment as per Aviation Operation Manual and verify all hoses are on place. \u2022 Load the Refueller Vehicle when required as per the instruction from Supervisor. \u2022 Position the Refueler safely and properly and verify the flight details with noted details. \u2022 Take sample from aircraft tank and perform Quality Control Check as per Aviation Operations Manual. \u2022 Connect the fuelling equipment as per Aviation Operating Manual. \u2022 Verify the defuel requirement with aircraft technician/pilot and start the defueling with his instruction. \u2022 Verify the defuel requirement with aircraft technician/pilot and start the defueling with his instruction. \u2022 Stop the defueling based on Refueler capacity and technician advice then complete the delivery ticket\u00A0process. \u2022 Disconnect the defueling equipment as per Aviation Operation Manual and verify all hoses are on place. \u2022 Inform the shift supervisor about the defueling completion and wait for further instruction. \u2022 Follows the operations emergency plans and evacuation procedures and can use the safety equipment\u00A0and fire extinguishers. \u2022 Participate in all the operations\u2019 HSE campaigns, training courses, awareness sessions and initiatives\u00A0deployment to ensure meeting the objectives per each. \u2022 Ensure full compliance to PPE and other safety regulations when assuming all the operations. \u2022 Reports all Incidents and Near Misses, immediately to the supervisor \u2022 Follows company emergency and the operations group procedures and participates in Emergency drills\u00A0accordingly. \u2022 Carry out regular and surprise rounds of critical areas of operation as well as facilities to ensure that\u00A0fire equipment are in workable conditions at all times and stop/ report unsafe precedents. \u2022 Inspect, clean and test fire-fighting apparatus, tools and equipment, including hose and hose fittings,\u00A0hydrants, ladders and hand extinguishers to ensure all firefighting equipment are in good condition

Drive and position refuelling equipment, connect hoses, conduct fueling, sample fuel, complete delivery receipts, and secure hoses after operations. Maintain safe operations around the fuelling process, verify fuel requirements with aircraft technicians/pilots, and perform product visual checks per manuals. Complete all related documentation and obtain signatures from customer representatives. Conduct post-fueling/defueling checks, transport equipment as directed, and ensure safety of the asset and apron staff. Maintain constant vigilance during fueling, monitor vehicle and surroundings, and ensure compliance with airport rules. Load refueller when required and verify flight details, take fuel samples for quality control, and finalize fueling or defueling as instructed. Report incidents and near misses, participate in emergency drills, and adhere to PPE and safety regulations. Perform regular safety rounds, inspect and test firefighting equipment, and ensure equipment is in good condition.
