Senior Manager-GIS Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – GIS Operations to lead the safe, reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of high-voltage Gas Insulated Substations supporting mission-critical data centre facilities in Bangkok. The role will oversee HV/GIS assets, electrical distribution systems, maintenance, operational readiness, vendor management and utility coordination, ensuring maximum electrical reliability, safety and compliance with regulatory and customer SLA requirements. The successful candidate will lead electrical operations teams and establish standards for HV switching, maintenance, testing, emergency response and electrical safety, working closely with OEMs, utilities and contractors. Key requirements: • Strong HV GIS substation operations and maintenance experience • Data centre, utility, industrial or other mission-critical experience preferred • Senior leadership experience within electrical/HV operations
