• Pre-Contract Services
• - Cost Planning & Estimating
• - Establish the structure and format of cost plans and estimates.
• - Prepare and develop cost plans throughout project design stages in accordance with RICS NRM standards.
• - Produce concept-stage estimates using NRM1 and detailed design estimates using NRM2.
• - Evaluate design options and alternatives from a commercial perspective.
• - Perform benchmarking and cost analysis throughout the design process.
• - Monitor cost implications of design developments against approved budgets.
• - Reconcile design-stage cost variances and provide detailed reporting on cost movements.
• - Prepare feasibility studies and order-of-cost estimates.

• - Lead and participate in value engineering workshops.
