As Manager Future National Talent, you will lead the operational design and execution of initiatives that attract, develop, and prepare future UAE National (UAEN) talent for successful careers within Emirates Group in collaboration with Strategy, Learning & Talent (L&T), HR Business Partnerships and Recruitment teams. You will ensure alignment between educational outcomes and Emirates Group’s talent needs by overseeing early engagement programs, skills development initiatives, and career readiness support. In this role, you will: - Engage with business owners and senior stakeholders to identify strategic priorities and translate these into a structured annual plan for UAEN talent development, ensuring clear objectives and measurable outcomes. - Lead the operational design and governance of the UAEN early talent funnel, ensuring alignment across local and international markets, and integrating Emiratisation goals to Emirates Group future UAEN talent needs. - Manage the development and execution of scouting, headhunting, and high-potential talent identification strategies in collaboration with Recruitment and L&T, connecting students to mentors, resources, and career opportunities. - Oversee the operational planning and delivery of all UAEN development initiatives and programs, while also driving the launch of new initiatives bridge academic learning with industry needs. - Provide strategic oversight for student and trainees support mechanisms, including personalised learning plans, career readiness frameworks, and the implementation of the UAEN Careers Passport and career advising strategy in collaboration with L&T. - Maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including schools, universities and professional bodies to support program success, talent development, and strategic alignment across all early talent initiatives. - Lead coordination with internal departments and external academia stakeholders to ensure a cohesive ecosystem supporting the Emiratisation talent pipeline. Qualification To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (or Equivalent) Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Early Careers development, Talent Development, or other related fields. - Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale national talent pipelines or youth/early careers strategies. - Experience working with UAE National development initiatives and stakeholders (e.g., universities, government entities). You’ll have an edge if you have: - Ability to work with data-driven insights to guide decision-making. - Cultural awareness and understanding of UAE National development priorities. - Project and change management experience.
