Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact: - Lead the way - Serve with integrity - Take care of each other - Foster inclusion - Collaborate for measurable impact During your tenure as an Intern in Real Estate - Valuations, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas: - Work within a team of Chartered Surveyors to gain experience in real estate valuation across the Middle East and North Africa - Assist with the delivery of engagements, the collection of comparable sales/rent evidence, the preparation of client reports, valuation models and working with clients to support their real estate strategies. - The work will cover various use classes including but not limited to residential, office, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors Capabilities: - Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact - Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development and acts as a brand ambassador - Seeks opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses and borders to deliver and takes accountability for own and team results - Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track - Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills - Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business. Qualifications: - Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality, Tourism - Relevant internships, summer positions, or one years’ experience with a multinational organization in the hospitality industry - Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong oral and written communication skills. Arabic is a plus - Motivated, dedicated, dynamic & hard working - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Ability to meet strict deadlines at a high pace and in a dynamic environment. #LI-PS1
