Job Description Supports the Director in implementing leasing strategies and annual plans by setting clear operational targets and coordinating execution across the leasing function.Manages day to day leasing operations including investor due diligence, query resolution, inbound/outbound calls, customer management, and leasing documentation to ensure operational excellence and maximized occupancy.Drives achievement of leasing targets and revenue objectives, tracking performance against KPIs and reporting progress, risks, and gaps to the Director in a timely manner.Builds and nurtures relationships with current and potential investors, generating leads for Joint Ventures, build to suit investments, and land leasing opportunities in line with the DHCA policies.Support in market research, financial feasibility analysis, and business case development to identify new leasing prospects, target markets, and investor segments.Oversees after leasing support and tenant relationship management, ensuring client needs are met and long-term occupancy and satisfaction are sustained.Liaises with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Development and projects to ensure contracts, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional processes are aligned for successful deal closures.Monitors market developments and industry best practices and recommends initiatives to the Director to attract potential clients and maximize occupancy.Reviews leasing processes, dashboards, and systems periodically, recommending and implementing improvements to drive operational efficiency and service quality.Coordinates with the Registration & Licensing and Contact Center/Customer Services teams, and supports government relations activities, to ensure leasing transactions are processed smoothly and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related fieldMaster's Degree is preferredYears of Experience:A minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.
