SANAD (Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling)
Job Purpose: Under the supervision of the Assets Supervisor, support the Procurement, Supply Chain, Assets, and Logistics Departments for Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling (“SANAD” or the “Organization” hereof) in coordinating supply chain activities as related to SANAD’s rigs in line with SANAD’s policies and procedures. Roles And Responsibilities: - Manage and organize the Documentations Certifications for SANAD. - Develop and maintain a detailed record of Documentation and Certifications - Coordinate Certifications orders, ensuring timely procurement and delivery. - Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the status of all Well control and non-Well control Certification. - Closely monitor major equipment’s expiry details and notify the concerned operation team. - Make sure certification availability of the items received by warehouse team. - Make sure to meet all certification received from the vendors meets Aramco requirement. - All Rigs / operations query related to certification need to be handled professionally. - System generated Certification Work order need to be review and close timely manners. - Maintain relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and efficient service. - Maintain accurate records of major equipment’s overhaul documents. - Generate regular reports of major equipment monthly and submit to managements. - Identify opportunities for process improvements within certification management. - Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in handling fixed assets. - Handling scrap & waste oil documentation professionally - Provide assistance to SANAD’s other business units on issues pertinent to job function; participate in performing routine checks and inspections to ensure the highest safety and quality standards are being maintained if required. - Take care of health, safety and environmental impact both personally, and for others who may be affected in the workplace. Cooperate with the Company and co-workers to help everyone meet their legal and company requirements. - Adapt to, and participate in, any programs/changes in SANAD including but not limited to strategic initiatives, operational initiatives and performance uplift tasks; conduct any relevant work that may result from these changes as an integral part of this job description and employment contract. - Help support the organization in extraordinary events such as claims by contractors, dispute reviews and participation in arbitration. - Perform any other activity as required by the company both at the company premises and remotely when requested by the company. - Proactively seek out information that is relevant to job role whether internally or externally to efficiently and effectively deliver. Remain up to date with context of the Company and the role within it to provide insight on potential opportunities and/or challenges. - Contribute to the execution and delivery of any activities as and when required to ensure the continuity of work in the absence of other colleagues. - Proactively evaluate the effectiveness of processes utilized within the designated department, and make and implement improvements as needed in order to increase efficiency - Normal working conditions (office): travel for trainings; company events when requested. Job Qualifications And Requirements: Knowledge and Experience: - A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience Education and Certifications : - Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field - Any relevant certifications in inventory management, procurement, or asset management would be advantageous.
