Manage, monitor, and ensure the implementation of section projects and initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes in all key performance areas. Prepare requirements for internal, external, and quality audits, provide data/evidence, and monitor implementation of recommendations. Supervise outputs of business partners and recruitment, monitor performance, and propose improvements to section quality. Maintain official documents and records (contracts, minutes) according to regulations. Participate in formalizing processes, procedures, and standards related to the section. Develop policies and operating systems for the section in line with best practices for senior management review. Review all job descriptions related to the section for accuracy.
