About the role

Requirements

• - 7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• - Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or a similar technical leadership role.
• - Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
• - Data Cloud
• - Agentforce
• - Marketing Cloud
• - Industry Clouds (Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Automotive Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud)
• - Revenue Cloud
• - MuleSoft
• - Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integration patterns.
• - Experience designing enterprise-level solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• - Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment strategies.
• - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• - Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.
• - Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
• - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• - Experience leading distributed or cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• - Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• - Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and implementation best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• - Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• - Mentor developers and technical leads, ensuring adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices.
• - Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• - Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware technologies.
• - Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• - Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies.
• - Support estimation, technical planning, and risk management activities.
• - Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and performance standards.
