Requirements

• Develop and execute AHS’s overall PR and communications strategy in line with the company’s business and brand objectives.
• Lead corporate communications, media relations, public relations, and external communications initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading local, regional, and international media outlets, journalists, editors, and industry publications.
• Position AHS and its leadership as influential voices within the luxury real estate and business sectors.
• Develop compelling press releases, media statements, corporate announcements, speeches, interviews, and executive communications.
• Lead media campaigns surrounding project launches, major announcements, partnerships, and key corporate milestones.
• Identify and secure high-value media opportunities, interviews, features, awards, and speaking engagements.
• Manage the company’s reputation and ensure consistent messaging across all external communication channels.
• Develop executive visibility strategies and support senior leadership with media preparation, interviews, speeches, and public appearances.
• Oversee crisis communications and develop effective response strategies for reputational issues and sensitive situations.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, competitor activity, and industry trends, providing strategic insights to senior management.
• Develop and manage relationships with PR agencies, media partners, influencers, and other external communication partners.
• Oversee PR budgets, campaigns, deliverables, and performance reporting.
• Ensure all communications consistently reflect AHS’s luxury positioning, tone of voice, and brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen AHS’s profile across luxury, business, real estate, lifestyle, and international media.
• Requirements
• - Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• - 10+ years of progressive experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or strategic communications, with significant leadership experience.
• - Proven experience within luxury real estate, luxury hospitality, premium brands, investment, or similarly high-profile industries.
• - Established relationships with UAE, regional, and international media.
• - Strong track record of securing high-quality editorial coverage and managing high-profile communications campaigns.
• - Experience managing corporate reputation and crisis communications.
• - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• - Strong executive presence with excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• - Experience working directly with C-suite executives, founders, and senior leadership.
• - Strong understanding of the UAE luxury, real estate, business, and media landscape.
• - Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful communication strategies.
• - Proven ability to manage agencies, budgets, multiple campaigns, and high-profile projects simultaneously.
• - Arabic language skills are an advantage.
