Asst. Manager - Civil

Job Purpose To oversee and execute all civil engineering activities related to utility-scale Solar PV projects, ensuring construction is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities - Supervise civil construction activities including site grading, earthworks, roads, drainage systems, foundations, and PV mounting structure foundations. - Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical specifications. - Coordinate with survey, QA/QC, HSE, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Monitor subcontractor performance and construction progress against project schedules. - Ensure civil works comply with project specifications, local regulations, and relevant international standards. - Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to construction activities. - Review material submittals, work inspection requests (WIRs), and quality documentation. - Verify quantities and support preparation of progress reports and client submissions. - Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for inspections and approvals. Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology (BTech) Experience: 8-10 years
