The Bedaya Program is a pre-graduate initiative aimed at engaging Emirati university students during their education. This program offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and global opportunities, preparing participants for full-time careers in banking and enhancing their chances of joining the prestigious Ethraa & MTP Graduate Programs. Program Highlights Flexible Scheduling: Program spans 1 to 2 years , with 2 months of intensive training during each university break Comprehensive Training: Core banking and functional training across multiple areas Global Opportunity: Chance for placements at FAB’s international offices across 20+ markets, including Switzerland, UK, Gulf, Singapore, and the U.S. Future Prospects: Fast-track pathway to Ethraa & MTP Graduate Programs and full-time roles Learning Journey Induction: 1-day onboarding and orientation Foundation: 4 weeks of banking fundamentals and governance modules Exploration: 4 weeks of on-the-job training and mentorship Transition: 1 week of career workshops and professional development

UAE National with a Family Book 3rd or 4th year university student Minimum GPA of 3.0 Majors include: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering Economics, International Relations, Political Science, Corporate Law, Financial Technology
