Manager - E&S

E&S Manager (Environment & Sustainability) - Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, client requirements, and company policies. - Monitor environmental and sustainability performance across project sites. - Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and risk assessments. - Manage waste management, pollution control, biodiversity, and resource conservation programs. - Prepare environmental reports, permits, and compliance documentation. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities. - Lead environmental incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Conduct environmental training and awareness programs for project teams. - Drive ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and sustainability initiatives. - Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems. - Monitor environmental KPIs and ensure continuous improvement. - Lead and mentor the E&S team to achieve project and organizational sustainability goals. - Promote environmental best practices across all project activities. - Ensure timely submission of environmental reports and regulatory requirements. - Support sustainable development objectives and resource optimization initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Graduate in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Environmental Management Experience: 14-18 years
