Technician Erection -TL

To manage sub-contractor/departmental resources to achieve the desired productivity in tower erection and related activities to the satisfaction of the clientTower Assembly & Rigging:Construct steel tower sections at heights using manual hoists, winches, and cranes.Structural Alignment:Ensure vertical alignment, precise bolting, and correct torque tightening of tower members as per SEC specifications.Stringing Support:Assist the stringing crew with conductor pulling, tensioning, and sagging using pullers and tensionersSafety Knowledge:Strict adherence to SEC HSE requirements, including the use of full-body harnesses, fall protection equipment, and compliance with ISMS safety regulations.Communication:Ability to read/interpret structural drawings.Physical & Medical:Must be physically fit, able to work at heights, and possess a valid medical fitness certificate. Qualifications: Trade Certificate (ITI), Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience: 10-15 years
