2196 - Musanadah - Engineering Manager Company Musanadah Job Family Operations City KSA - Riyadh Department Central Closing Date 15-Oct-2026 Role & Responsibilities The Engineering Manager leads engineering and maintenance operations across assigned facilities and contracts, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of building systems, compliance, asset management, and team development. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety, and building services systems. Develop and manage planned preventive maintenance programs in line with SFG20 standards and client contractual requirements. Monitor engineering performance against SLAs and KPIs, implementing corrective action where needed. Lead, mentor, and develop engineering supervisors, engineers, and technical staff. Maintain the integrity of the CMMS asset register and ensure complete maintenance and compliance records. Develop and control engineering budgets, resource plans, and operational expenditure. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, engineering operations, or building services, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration required; PMP, NEBOSH/IOSH, or facilities/asset management certifications preferred. Extensive experience delivering engineering services within the GCC market and its regulatory environment. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical communication skills.
