2180 - Musanadah - Legal Manager Company Musanadah Job Family Legal City KSA - Dammam Department Eastern Closing Date 30-Sep-2026 Role & Responsibilities Role The Legal Manager manages all legal matters across the organization, providing expert legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the company's interests in line with Saudi law and Alturki Holding's governance standards. Responsibility Provide proactive legal advice and guidance affecting the organization's activities and interests Draft, review, and advise on agreements, contracts, policies, regulatory submissions, and legal correspondence Manage litigation, legal disputes, and regulatory proceedings, coordinating with external legal counsel Ensure all business activities comply with applicable Saudi labor, commercial, and sector-specific laws and regulations Identify and assess legal risks across operations, escalating high-exposure matters with recommended actions Manage relationships with external legal counsel, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness Maintain accurate, organized records of legal matters and proceedings in line with document control standards Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Studies; Master's of Law or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in legal practice or in-house legal roles, Facilities Management or construction sector experience preferred Membership in the Saudi Bar Association (SBA); WorldCC/IACCM certification is an advantage In-depth knowledge of Saudi commercial, labor, and administrative law Experience with litigation, arbitration, or mediation before Saudi courts or arbitration bodies Bilingual legal drafting ability (Arabic & English) Note: you will be required to attach the following: Resume/CV I agree with the Privacy Statement Back

Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Studies; Master's of Law or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in legal practice or in-house legal roles; facilities management or construction sector experience preferred. Membership in the Saudi Bar Association (SBA); WorldCC/IACCM certification is an advantage. Deep knowledge of Saudi commercial, labor, and administrative law. Experience with litigation, arbitration, or mediation before Saudi courts or arbitration bodies. Bilingual legal drafting ability (Arabic & English).
