Banquet/Sales coordinator

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Banquet/Sales Coordinator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting successful events to help us create memorable experiences for our guests. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ● Coordinating banquet and event bookings from initial enquiry through to completion ● Assisting the Sales team with proposals, contracts, and client correspondence ● Maintaining accurate event details, schedules, and function sheets ● Coordinating with Banquet, Kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations ● Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and follow up on requests ● Assisting with site inspections and promoting the hotel’s meeting and banquet facilities What We Need from You: ● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field ● One or more years of experience in Sales, Banquets, Events, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment ● Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills ● Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks ● Good command of written and spoken English required What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
