Your Day to Day As an Assistant Restaurant Manager - All Day Dining, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of our All Day Dining outlet, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in leading and developing the restaurant team, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring that all operational standards are consistently delivered in line with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and IHG standards. Key Responsibilities • Support the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the All Day Dining operation, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations across all meal periods. • Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team to consistently deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service. • Maintain a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring their needs and expectations are proactively addressed. • Monitor service standards, food presentation, cleanliness, table setup, and overall restaurant ambience to ensure consistency throughout the operation. • Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and appropriate follow-up is completed. • Assist in managing restaurant opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational, hygiene, and safety requirements are followed. • Support the Restaurant Manager in workforce planning, scheduling, briefing, and deployment of colleagues according to business levels and operational requirements. • Conduct daily
