As an Executive Secretary, you will bring ambition, talent, and the right blend of core skills to this pivotal role. We're looking for someone who: Demonstrates a genuine, natural sense of hospitality; brings prior work experience in hotel operational departments; has a proven track record of successful, high-level administrative support; can handle guest and stakeholder interactions with composure, discretion, and a smile even under pressure; and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the professionalism expected at GM office level Your day-to-day • Manage the General Manager's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities. • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. • Coordinate communication between the Executive Office and hotel departments. • Handle confidential information, documents, and records with discretion. • Welcome and assist VIP guests, coordinating special requests with relevant departments. • Support guest correspondence, feedback, and Executive Office communications. •
