Your Day to Day: Based at InterContinental Fujairah Resort, the Social Media & Graphic Design Executive brings the resort’s brand to life through engaging digital content and creative design. The role drives online visibility, guest engagement, and brand storytelling while ensuring every piece of content reflects our brand standards. Some of your main role responsibilities are: • Manage and update all hotel social media platforms with engaging, brand-aligned content. • Develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns to promote rooms, F&B, spa, recreation, and events. • Design creative marketing materials such as menus, flyers, banners, event collaterals, and digital ads. • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of hotel facilities, events, and guest experiences. • Collaborate with F&B, Spa, Recreation, and Events teams to design and promote offers, activations, and seasonal campaigns. • Support Sales with visually appealing presentations, proposals, and corporate collaterals. • Design digital content for websites, newsletters, in-room TV, and guest communications. • Monitor guest interactions, reviews, and messages on social media, ensuring timely and professional responses. • Track, analyze, and report social media and campaign performance, recommending improvements. • Ensure all creative assets reflect the hotel’s brand identity and positioning. • Assist in influencer collaborations, PR campaigns, and media coverage to drive brand awareness. • Support internal communications with creative designs for staff events, newsletters, and recognition programs.
