Guest Experience •Prepare and serve a full range of specialty coffees, teas, mocktails, and luxury café beverages to brand standards. •Provide engaging, intuitive, and personalized service that anticipates guest needs. •Share product knowledge—beans, brewing methods, origins—to elevate the guest’s experience. •Create a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the hotel’s luxury identity and service culture. Operations •Operate coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and POS systems with accuracy and care. •Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently and presented elegantly. •Maintain par levels of supplies (coffee, milk alternatives, syrups, pastries, china, etc.). •Follow opening, closing, and shift-change procedures efficiently. Quality & Standards •Adhere to IHG and brand-specific service guidelines and luxury service cues. •
