Wellness Manager

Strategic Wellness Leadership •Develop and implement a property-specific wellness strategy in alignment with IHG brand standards. •Design wellness experiences that integrate physical, mental, emotional, and environmental well-being. •Lead cross-departmental coordination to embed wellness touchpoints into F&B, housekeeping, spa, recreation, and guest rooms. Program Development & Guest Experience •Create and manage a schedule of wellness activities (e.g., yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, nature walks, sleep programs, detox packages). •Partner with spa and fitness teams to deliver signature wellness journeys for guests. •Introduce and oversee special events such as wellness retreats, fitness pop-ups, and seasonal lifestyle campaigns. •Incorporate sustainable and local elements into programming (e.g., farm-to-table, herbal treatments, eco-hikes). Team Management & Collaboration •Supervise fitness trainers, wellness coaches, and external practitioners (yoga instructors, nutritionists, etc.). •Work closely with the Spa Manager
