Wellness Manager

About the role

Responsibilities

• - Develop and implement a property-specific wellness strategy in alignment with IHG brand standards.
• - Design wellness experiences that integrate physical, mental, emotional, and environmental well-being.
• - Lead cross-departmental coordination to embed wellness touchpoints into F&B, housekeeping, spa, recreation, and guest rooms.
• - Create and manage a schedule of wellness activities (e.g., yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, nature walks, sleep programs, detox packages).
• - Partner with spa and fitness teams to deliver signature wellness journeys for guests.
• - Introduce and oversee special events such as wellness retreats, fitness pop-ups, and seasonal lifestyle campaigns.
• - Incorporate sustainable and local elements into programming (e.g., farm-to-table, herbal treatments, eco-hikes).
• - Supervise fitness trainers, wellness coaches, and external practitioners (yoga instructors, nutritionists, etc.).
• - Work closely with the Spa Manager
