We're looking for a Purchasing Manager who can balance quality, cost, and efficiency while ensuring the right products and services are available at the right time to support every area of the hotel. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: • Lead the Purchasing function to ensure the timely procurement of quality goods and services while supporting the hotel's operational and financial objectives. • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value, quality, and service while maintaining strong vendor relationships. • Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and approval procedures. • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock takes, and ensure the proper storage and handling of goods to minimise waste and maintain operational efficiency. • Review supplier performance regularly, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality. • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and ethical procurement standards. • Work closely with department heads to understand operational requirements and ensure timely availability of materials and supplies. • Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability to support informed purchasing decisions. • Prepare purchasing reports, analyse procurement data, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control. • Support budget management by monitoring purchasing expenses and identifying opportunities to improve profitability. • Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. • Lead, coach, and deve
