Maintains exemplary department standards of behaviour and appearance and attitude as expected in an IHG Brand •Comply with Time and Attendance Policies PEOPLE •Liaise with the Kitchen Team to ensure accurate and clean equipment is ready for service. •Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships •To participate in various hotel activities like sports, staff party events, CSR events, to promote the reputation of the hotel. GUEST EXPERIENCE •To work along with the team according to the standard and policy, to bring about the guest experience. •Actively participate in all training activities.
