Reporting to the Hotel Manager and Cluster Director of Restaurants & Bars, you will be responsible for ensuring that every banquet, conference, meeting, social gathering, and special event is delivered with consistency, clarity, and excellence—regardless of scale or format. Working closely with Restaurants & Bars leadership, Culinary, Sales, Events, and Hotel Operations teams, you will lead the end-to-end execution of all Conference & Banqueting activities, ensuring every detail is anticipated, coordinated, and flawlessly delivered. As Banquet Manager, you ensure: • Flawless execution of all meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and special events • Strong coordination between Restaurants & Bars, Culinary, Events, and Operations teams • Consistent delivery of luxury lifestyle service standards across all event formats • Structured planning from event confirmation through execution and post-event follow-up You are the operational anchor that ensures complexity feels effortless.
