Lead Clinical Excellence in One of Dubai's Busiest Community Healthcare Clinics HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced and motivated Charge Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at HealthHub Al Nahda. Located in one of Dubai's largest and most established residential communities, HealthHub Al Nahda serves a diverse population of families, professionals, and long-term residents. The clinic provides comprehensive healthcare services across Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Paediatrics, Dentistry, Women's Health, Chronic Disease Management, Laboratory, Radiology, and Specialist Care. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step into a clinical leadership position while remaining actively involved in patient care. About the Role As Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day clinical operations of the clinic while ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care. You will provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, support physicians and allied health professionals, oversee patient flow, maintain clinical standards, and help drive quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong clinical skills with leadership capability, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Lead and support the nursing team during daily operations. Ensure safe staffing, workflow management, and patient flow. Act as a clinical role model and mentor for nursing staff. Support onboarding, training, and professional development of nurses. Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives. Patient Care Deliver high-quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary outpatient environment. Support physicians during consultations, procedures, and patient assessments. Monitor patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care. Support chronic disease management and preventive healthcare services. Manage and escalate clinical concerns appropriately. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and HealthHub clinical standards. Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards. Oversee documentation quality and EMR compliance. Participate in audits, accreditation activities, and quality improvement programmes. Operational Support Support clinic operations and resource planning. Monitor nursing supplies, medications, and equipment. Assist with incident management and service recovery. Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment. Essential Requirements DHA Licensed Registered Nurse. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification. Minimum 5 years' nursing experience. Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior nursing, team leader, or charge nurse capacity. Previous experience within: Outpatient Clinics Medical Centres Ambulatory Care Family Medicine Multispecialty Healthcare Environments Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent patient care and communication skills. Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and infection control. Experience using EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms. Fluent English communication skills. Highly Preferred Previous UAE healthcare experience. Arabic language skills. Tagalog language skills. Experience leading nursing teams within outpatient or primary care settings. BLS Certification (mandatory). ACLS Certification (advantageous). Essential Requirements: DHA Licensed Registered Nurse. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification. Minimum 5 years' nursing experience. Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior nursing, team leader, or charge nurse capacity. Previous experience within outpatient clinics, medical centres, ambulatory care, family medicine, multispecialty healthcare environments. Strong leadership and people management skills.
