Success in this role is measured through repeat repairs, sold hours per month, and customer feedback. The technician must demonstrate the Al-Futtaim values, communicate effectively with internal staff and clients, and suggest improvements for efficiency in the workshop. What You Will Do: - Ensure quality by minimizing return jobs and repeat repairs. - Develop good communication by ensuring work explanations are well understood by the service advisor, foreman, other staff, and customers. - Provide constructive inputs to improve efficiency regarding work methods, work environment, tools, and equipment. - Achieve targeted sold hours per month to contribute to branch achievement. - Provide technical input and complete each job following manufacturer's standards to provide a delighted customer experience. - Stay current with product development to effectively address complex automobile repairs and issues. Required Skills To Be Successful: - Technical proficiency in painting and vehicle repair techniques. - Strong communication skills to clearly explain repairs and procedures. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to ensure complete satisfaction. What Qualifies You For The Role: - Diploma or Degree with Trade Certificate / Diploma in Painting or Automobile Engineering. - 3-5 years of experience in a well-reputed workshop in a similar role. - Strong technical skills in painting and automobile engineering. - Excellent communication skills to interact with service advisors, foremen, and customers.
