The individual must embody the brand image, instill confidence, and ensure customer satisfaction. This requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively manage repairs and service timelines. You will monitor sales outcomes, ensure customer-centric service delivery, and maintain the operational efficiency of the service department. What You Will Do: - Act as the first point of contact for customers at the workshop, ensuring a professional image and building trust. - Thoroughly check the condition of vehicles upon receipt and communicate any discrepancies to customers. - Ensure effective oral and telephonic communication with customers regarding charges, approvals, and job progress. - Clearly communicate the jobs carried out on the vehicle upon delivery to the customer. - Provide advice on vehicle repairs, including repair duration and warranty information. - Provide detailed repair estimates to customers, negotiate charges, and secure necessary approvals. - Achieve monthly financial targets for labor sales, parts sales, and other sales. - Manage and monitor work in progress to ensure timely delivery of vehicles back to customers. - Ensure customers are reminded of the next service due and maintain effective communication throughout the repair process. Required Skills To Be Successful: - Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. - Technical expertise in automobile servicing and repair. - Strong organizational and planning abilities. - Proven track record in achieving sales and customer service targets. What Qualifies You For The Role: - Diploma or Degree in Technical, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering. - 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a similar role. - Fluency in English with preferably Arabic, computer literacy, and driving skills. - Skilled in communication, dynamic, presentable, and customer-focused with a positive attitude. Diploma or Degree in Technical, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering. 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.
