Your day today • Follow all established health and safety procedures in every treatment for guests’ well-being, utmost comfort, and satisfaction. • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and any health concerns. • Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and other beauty and wellness therapies. • Use appropriate techniques, products, and equipment to deliver high-quality services. • Complete all necessary paperwork (questionnaire, consultation forms) correctly and refer to supervisor/manager prior to any treatment delivery. Document pertinent information on the guest’s personal record. • Massage the body, using techniques as kneading, rubbing, and stroking to stimulate blood circulation, relax contracted muscles or to relieve other conditions. • Administer steam or dry heat, ultraviolet, infrared or water treatments on request of the guest. • Provide directions to clients in activities such as reducing or remedial exercises • Record treatments furnished to customers • Ensure that treatment rooms are tidy and all the items available e.g. towels, candles, oils, etc. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all hygiene and safety protocols. • Adhere to spa policies and procedures related to cleanliness, sanitation, and client confidentiality. • Promote spa services and products to clients, aiming to enhance their overall spa experience. • Upsell additional services or products when appropriate. What we need from you At voco Dubai, we look for hosts who are reliably different and contribute in the success of bringing our brand to life! Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, the ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along being quality-oriented with a focus on details, high-performance standards, able to multitask in the Spa & Health Club & meet deadlines and Committed to serving the guest with the highest quality and you should have Spa Therapist Licensed or Certified.
