We are seeking for an experienced and results-driven Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, maximizing portfolio performance, ensuring high occupancy, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional property management services. Key Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. - Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and key clients. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention. - Monitor property performance, occupancy, renewals, and revenue targets. - Coordinate with Leasing, Property Management, Maintenance, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure efficient operations. - Prepare portfolio performance reports and present recommendations to management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and applicable UAE laws. - Identify opportunities to grow the property portfolio and improve operational efficiency. - Resolve client concerns and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
