About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resident Photographer to join the Sales & Marketing team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island. • Capture exceptional guest photography experiences, including private shoots, family portraits, special occasions, and curated resort moments • Manage the day-to-day operations of the island’s creative studio, ensuring a seamless and premium photography service for guests • Edit, curate, and deliver guest photography in a timely and polished manner, aligned with luxury brand standards • Support the Sales & Marketing team with resort photography requirements, including campaign shoots, lifestyle imagery, F&B photography, villa photography, and content creation for digital channels • Assist in planning and executing commercial photoshoots, working closely with internal teams and external creatives where required • Maintain photography equipment, studio inventory, and workflows to ensure operational excellence • Identify creative opportunities to enhance visual storytelling across guest touchpoints and brand communications • Ensure all imagery reflects the resort’s positioning, aesthetic, and brand guidelines consistently
