Assistant - DC

Job Description The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations (Inbound/ Outbound/ Picking/ Put away/ Decanting / NIO Clearance/ Documentations etc) of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves working with a small team (2-5 staff) to maintain inventory levels, organize products, and assist in order fulfilment, all while ensuring SLA, daily productivity targets and compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and safe. Communicate effectively with team and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues. To support in gathering and analysing data as and when required and support in solving operational issues. Must be a quick learner of the process of the automated warehouse operations and can work as per system drive. He must work on Warehouse management system (Dematic -WMS), need to read and understand Dashboard, can export data and make simple reports to present supervisor. Perform assigned Task / operation as per SOP (standard Operating Procedure).

Gather and analyze data as required and assist in solving operational issues. Learn and operate within automated warehouse processes and systems. Operate and read the Warehouse Management System (Dematic - WMS), read dashboards, export data, and prepare simple reports for the supervisor. Perform tasks per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
