We’re expanding our team within Amazon Operations! Join our team family and contribute to the success of our operations in DWC5! We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join our team family. The ideal candidate will oversee Sort Center activities, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. Key job responsibilities - Manage daily operations for Sort Center processes - Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures - Lead and motivate associates to achieve performance targets. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
