Advisor Safety, Health & Environment (Site Supervision)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Advisor SHE (Site Supervision) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing safety, health, and environmental compliance across our operational sites. You will serve as a key supervisor ensuring that all activities adhere to established safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, safety violations, and environmental risks Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with UAE and international standards Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions Provide on-site supervision and guidance to ensure all personnel follow established safety and environmental protocols Analyze safety data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Coordinate training programs and safety awareness initiatives for site personnel Maintain comprehensive documentation, records, and compliance files related to safety and environmental matters Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to develop and refine safety strategies Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment Monitor environmental compliance and waste management practices on-site Communicate safety requirements and expectations clearly to all stakeholders Respond promptly to safety concerns and emergencies with decisive action

Proven experience in occupational health and safety management or site supervision Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to UAE and GCC regions Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments and analyze safety data Experience with safety management systems and software tools Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability practices
