Housekeeping Attendant

Rixos Bab Al Bahr Housekeeping Attendant You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them. What you will be doing: Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas as per the Rixos Bab Al Bahr standards Ensure impeccable room presentation, including bed making, amenities replenishment, and final inspection Deliver courteous, discreet, and personalized service while respecting guest privacy Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly Follow all housekeeping SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene regulations Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and linen supplies Work collaboratively with housekeeping, front office, and engineering teams

Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to meet physical demands of the role Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of luxury service standards is an advantage
