Quality Manager - PMCM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee quality assurance and quality control functions for a mixed-use development project within our Project/Program/Construction Management (PMCM) division. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management plans aligned with project specifications and industry standards Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of construction materials, workmanship, and installations across all project phases Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001) Identify quality deviations and non-conformances, documenting findings and implementing corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and maintain project timelines Prepare detailed quality reports, metrics, and documentation for project stakeholders and management review Lead quality meetings and provide technical guidance to project personnel on quality requirements and best practices Manage quality-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent defects and rework Coordinate with design teams and consultants to clarify specifications and resolve technical quality concerns Maintain organized quality records, certificates of compliance, and test reports for project documentation

Minimum 15  years of quality management experience in construction or mixed-use development projects Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control methodologies and processes Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and relevant construction quality standards Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and local construction practices Experience with quality management systems and documentation software Demonstrated ability to conduct inspections, audits, and testing protocols Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Strong organizational and documentation management capabilities Proficiency in PMCM software platforms and project management tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration Ability to make decisive quality decisions and implement corrective actions Professional certifications in quality management (CQM, ASQ, or equivalent) preferred Experience managing quality on large-scale or complex construction projects preferred
