Project Manager

**Responsibilities:** Manages one or more highly complex engineering projects, involving a combination of the following: Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR Projects involving a full spectrum of engineering services and technical disciplines; OR High-rise and vertical construction projects; OR Other complexities, such as projects involving litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, and regulatory compliance Oversees all phases of project delivery from conception through closeout, with emphasis on engineering controls and project management controls (PMC), including specialized expertise in high-rise building systems and vertical construction methodologies Directs engineering coordination, technical documentation, scheduling, and cost controls across project lifecycle, with demonstrated capability managing multi-story and high-rise structural, mechanical, and systems integration Exercises consenting and regulatory authority for technical and administrative approvals, including high-rise building code compliance and vertical construction permitting Supervises and mentors other Project Managers, ensuring adherence to PMC standards, engineering best practices, and high-rise project delivery excellence Develops and implements project controls strategies, including earned value management, risk assessment, and technical performance metrics specific to high-rise construction environments Coordinates with engineering disciplines to ensure technical quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance across multi-disciplinary high-rise projects Maintains comprehensive project documentation and engineering records in accordance with industry standards, client requirements, and high-rise construction protocols

**Qualifications:** **Required:** Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience in engineering, construction, or related infrastructure industries Proven experience managing multiple complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects with national geographic scope Demonstrated expertise in project management controls (PMC), including earned value management, risk assessment, and technical performance metrics Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, environmental protection, and industry standards applicable to engineering projects Successful track record supervising and mentoring project management professionals Advanced proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, and technical documentation management Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field **Preferred:** Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification Professional Engineer (PE) license 15+ years of project management experience in complex engineering environments Experience with litigation support, due diligence, and regulatory authority exercises Familiarity with earned value management systems (EVMS) and advanced project controls software Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management Experience managing projects exceeding $10 million in budget or multi-year duration
