Project Surveyor

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive surveying and measurement services across diverse projects and stages. Working with senior team members, you'll focus on accurate measurement, quantity take-offs, cost planning, and the preparation of Bills of Quantities while supporting broader project delivery activities. Required Skills: • Assist the project team in carrying out measurement tasks using AECOM measurement software (i.e., CostX, AutoCadd, etc.) related to pre- and post-contract estimates, accountable to presenting accurate measures based on standard methods of measurement employed for the project • Participate in the preparation of bills of quantities, valuing progress of work on site, change management related reports, and in administering variations as well as final account • Liaise with project team lead for any day-to-day tasks as may be required to keep commercial deliverables aligned • Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with • Proactively obtain market feedback through obtaining project related quotations • Assist in benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or other Construction related field • 1-2 years post graduate experience
